Inc. for sponsoring our weigh-in/blood chem. centers for this year's Race
to 120 contest.
Next week (May 18-22) will be our week-long weigh-in/blood chem. Please find

Requirements for participants:
1. 8-12 hours fasting2. Attire: Light shorts (basketball/swimming shorts,
strictly no "maong") and light shirt (collarless)
3. Only 1 member per team may be re-scheduled to another timeslot and/or day
without additional fees. Otherwise, a fee of 300 pesos per head will be charged
for late-comers or re-schedulers.
Requirements for HR Reps:
1. Shirt sizes will be determined during the weigh-in/blood chem. We will
bring actual shirt size samples for each participant to choose from.
2. Signed registration forms should be given to the Wellness Secretariat (registration
desk) on the day of the weigh-in/blood chem.
Requirements for Weigh-in Center Sponsors:
1. Please prepare the following:
*10 tables
*20 chairs
*sound system/megaphone
2. Please take note that there are 10 members per team plus each team's
Team Captain and HR Representative so expect at most
80 persons during the event.
3. The Wellness Secretariat will also be present during these events.
