After experiencing the high of Mt. Pulag (videos and photos in this website),
Lifelong is happy to introduce the
Stress Management Program starting mid-March
till mid-December, 2007.
As the teaser posters and flyers suggest which you may have seen on your desks, company’s bulletin boards or the common areas, this program is for those who are stressed out; searching for new ways to burn excess calories; feeling low; and are looking for an outlet to let it all out and recharge.
For starters, the Program will comprise 5 activities: ballroom dancing, pilates, yoga, dance aero and taebo. Each of these activities will be conducted by professional instructors at least twice a week at the GF of the Benpres Building just beside the gym.
Each activity will hold monthly courses. For example, nine (9) dances will be taught at the rate of one dance form per month. The other activities will be constructed along the same lines. Interested participants are free to choose any course during the year. Watch out for more information on these activities in various mediums including this website.
A modest fee of P800.00 per monthly course (or 8 sessions at P100.00 per session) will be charged to at least defray the cost of instruction. Registration forms and Liability Waivers can be obtained through this website or through INAEC c/o Mr. Eric Comsti.
Do come to the opening ceremony on March 16, 6-7 P.M., at the GF of Benpres. Chairman Oscar M. Lopez will be the Guest of Honor and Speaker. Floor demonstrations by the instructors will highlight the event. Bring your office colleagues, family and friends.
Be well and stay well!
