The wellness initiative is a legacy project There is no silver bullet to wellness, only the individual's lifestyle choices, right attitude and behavior.
Physical fitness does not necessarily mean wellness. Wellness raises productivity and reduces health costs. The wellness system builds on and integrates existing models.

WELLNESS SYSTEM COVERAGE

  1. Information Technology: Database development, health and administrative profiling, continuous data updates and analysis.

    INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Standardize APE for all employees to track BMI and SYNDROME “X”.
    • Determine the proportion of the population at risk (zero, low, medium-high).
    • Track wellness-related costs.
    • Track employee productivity.
    • Correlate wellness-related costs to health and productivity improvements.



  2. Effective communication is essential to motivate and secure the employee's commitment to get well and stay well.

    • Sustainable wellness calls for knowledge and understanding the benefits of being well and the penalties for ignoring it.
    • With the cooperation of the PR Council, ABS-CBN and Knowledge Channel.



    TO GENERATE MASS PARTICIPATION:
    • Intensity of participation is an indicator of how many people “Lifelong” is reaching.
    • Growing participation is a good predictor of the likelihood of improvements in risk status.

    • close professional supervision, hospitalization in extreme / special cases
